Detention & Demurrage Calculator

Dear Customer,

The import D&D calculator can now be found as a chatbot in our Live Chat function.

At present, the D&D chatbot is available for customers starting a chat with Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain. For customers starting a chat with another country, please still connect with one of our customer care agents who will assist you with your D&D queries.

To access the chatbot, please click the Chat bubble in the right-hand corner. After filling in the initial form to start the chat, select "Import" followed by "Imports - Charges / Last Free Day". In the top of the chatbot you can switch between “Import -Demurrage” and “Import-Detention” by clicking the header:

You can fill out your booking number, together with the estimated gate-in and gate-out dates to calculate your charges and to see a breakdown of the calculation.

It may happen that the bot will ask to provide your ONE eCommerce ID, which you can do by following the link as shown below.
